Braeden & Emery were terrified of the water before this summer. Swimming lessons and going to the pool almost daily helped a lot. They are now better swimmers than I am.

Saturday ride to Kamas and back
I like biking, but not this much. Nobody told me you would need more than a granola bar to make it through 45 miles and 2000 ft of climbing. I got to the Canyons ski resort and literally could not make it up the hill. Of course this was the first Saturday the whole summer which they did not have the cabriolet running to zip me up to the hotel.
Anyway, fun ride which I did in preparation for the Heber Valley ride which is 100 miles. Not sure I'm ready for something like that.
